Hello,
This has been forthcoming for a while, but regrettably it can no longer go on. HR-Development was founded in early 2007 by Hady, Ross, and Joseph. Throughout the years, we've dedicated 110% of our time to managing the company and improving it. Unfortunately, all good things must come to an end. The company's profits have been way down since Mid 2008 and this has resulted in us having to spend money each month out of our very own pockets and not receive any profit in return. This has lead to us getting into debt over our heads. On Monday, HR-Development filed for Chapter 7 Bankruptcy protection. We will officially be closing our doors on Monday, July 6th, 2009. All clients have until then to retrieve their website data. Unfortunately, our server experienced a hardware failure and some client website data/MySQL databases are now corrupt due to this failure, we sincerely apologize for this. Simply put, the business has not been profitable for us and we can not afford to keep the company in business, it does not make financial sense.

As Chris stated, it simply doesn't make financial sense to stay in business, especially with the slumping economy. Sign ups have declined by over 20% since Mid '08, and cancellations due to the inability to afford the payment have increased. It's practically a non profit organization. While we're aware this was obviously unexpected, it's necessary to ensure Chris' financial well-being. 2 years in business with little profit obviously means something. :-/ Not to mention due to the recent hardware failure we experienced, several client websites were corrupted and we're liable for that, we had plans to implement a weekly backup system in the near future, but before we were able to do so, the hardware failure occurred leaving us with a liability.

[sarcasm]All business owners are rich remember[/sarcasm], they get taxed more to pay for other peoples stimulus checks. Last year my parents small business with 12 employees at the time payed over 150000 dollars in taxes without a single penny back from the government.

It was doing okay until I no longer had time to manage the business and sold it to Chris, then Chris' finances took a down fall and the company ended up leading him to bankruptcy. All good things must come to an end, just another example of the slumping economy.
